Proffintiy Partners is a small firm recruiting specifically within Life Sciences. We pride ourselves on our ability to find the right candidates for the right positions. We do not believe in sending resumes 'en masse', rather we prefer to send only those candidates that have been fully screened and who are not only interested and excited about the opportunity, but QUALIFIED.
Proffintiy Partners consists of 3 people that specialize in Life Sciences. We also have a network of other independent recruiters with whom we work regularly. When you engage Proffintiy Partners you are employing not only our skilled team, but the skill and knowledge of a number of different recruiters with specialties in various areas of the biotechnology/drug discovery arena, thereby every sector is covered and no stone left unturned.
Being independently owned and operated allows us a level of freedom that may not be found at some other larger firms. We are able, with our autonomy, to mold each search to both Client Company and Client Candidate needs.
